Geophysical survey is kind of indirect method to locate mineral deposit and water resources. The method is utilized physical characteristic of soil, rock and water to produces geophysical “images” of subsurface condition. Together with geological and geochemical data for example surface geological mapping, surface geochemical data and drillhole data (lithology, alteration, assay), the produced images then can be used as a background and guideline to locate and/or delineate the distribution of mineral deposit and water. If plan, design, collect and interpreted along with geological-geochemical data properly, the geophysical data are be able to provide drillable prospects.

MPO realize that good and interpretable geophysical data must be collected through carefull planning, design and implementation of suitable QA/QC program by considering acquisition environment and geological terrane. We always regard the geological concept and field data while developing the survey design and calibration (or correlation) to ensure effective, efficient and reliable interpretation and recommendation. We realize the geophysical methods are not stand alone method so that must be calibrated and constrained by geology.
