Indonesian mining companies must report their activities including (not limited to) : study, work and budget plan, reclamation & mine closure plan, community empowerment and their work accomplishment from exploration through to operation production phase as form of compliance and fulfillment of the company’s administration obligations to the state (Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource). Indonesian Government has their own reporting scheme which has outlined by specific templates poured through ESDM ministerial decree (KEPMEN ESDM) and associated reporting format. Failed in completing the requirement or not get approved will lead to costly consequences caused by operational delay and unachievable target.
