The metallurgical study or analysis is mainly concern with recovery of desired elements (metal) and must be conducted since the early beginning of mining project from scoping study through to feasibility study and operation. This kind of study has aim to mitigate risk associated with mineral beneficiation processes since every ore deposit has their own metallurgical characteristics. In order to help our clients in selecting appropriate technology and factory design, we are committed to provide a process design that matches with raw material (ore) characteristics as well as validating it to achieve the commercial scale technology selection and factory design.

Not only analyze the suitable process design, our geometallurgical analysis combines process mineralogy and material characterization as a tool for predicting future metallurgical performance through geometallurgical modelling to reduce risk during all project stages. The modelling has aim to determine deposit variability in terms of ore hardness, leach and flotation kinetics, separation and impurity levels in final concentrates and allows evaluation of different processing options and optimization of short and long-term operational performance.
